Autobiographical Incident
When you write an autobiographical incident you bring an experience or memory to life as you share a true story about yourself.
Your assignment is to write a narrative about an experience you’ve had. You will write about an incident in your life to express your feelings. You will be writing to inform your teacher, classmates, friends, or family members who were involved in the incident. Refer to Pages 86-90 in the Literature Book for more ideas and suggestions.

Welcome Back Students!
Welcome Back Students to School!! I hope that you had an enjoyable summer and you are ready for a fun-filled year in sixth grade. We are going to have an awesome time this year in Language Arts.....so get ready for some reading, writing, and grammar. Our language arts class will meet everyday for 60 minutes and will include reading stories from our literature book as well as additional novels selected. Some of the material that we read, we will supplement with additional projects.
