Narrative Writing
Autobiographical Incident
When you write an autobiographical incident you bring an experience or memory to life as you share a true story about yourself.
Your assignment is to write a narrative about an experience you’ve had. You will write about an incident in your life to express your feelings. You will be writing to inform your teacher, classmates, friends, or family members who were involved in the incident. Refer to Pages 86-90 in the Literature Book for more ideas and suggestions.
FCA’s
A minimum of 4 paragraphs with at least 4 complete, well-constructed sentences in each paragraph using details in chronological order. Mix of short, medium and long sentences _____/10
